Commitment

Your commitment is essential

This is joint work with your family, not just between the trainer and your dog.

It doesn't matter if your dog barks, bites, breaks things or doesn't respond. We can help you with almost anything, as long as you commit to being part of the process.

How the app works

How do you get started?

You create a request, a trainer accepts it in less than a day, and you coordinate. You don't pay anything until you meet the trainer in person.

1Step 1

Create your dog's profile

Step 1: Create your dog's profile

You create your dog's profile and tell us the situation. The more detail you add, the better we can help: a long description is no problem, it's even better.

2Step 2

Send the request and compare

Step 2: Send the request and compare

Every trainer in your area is notified. You'll be able to compare those who accept: their reviews, experience and prices. Each trainer sets their own rate, but as a reference the averages are $70,000 per session and $280,000 for the pack of 4.

3Step 3

Choose and coordinate

Step 3: Choose and coordinate

Once you choose your trainer, communication opens up, via in-app chat or WhatsApp, whatever works best. You coordinate the date and time of the first session. You don't pay anything until after that first session.

4Step 4

The session is confirmed and you pay

Step 4: The session is confirmed and you pay

After the session, your trainer confirms from the app that it took place and payment is enabled by card, transfer or Mercado Pago. You choose whether to pay just that session or move forward: in that case you pay the one you had plus the next 3.

Pricing

How much does training cost?

Each trainer sets their own price, and you'll be able to compare them when choosing among those who accept your request. Still, we give you the average upfront so you have a reference and don't create your request blind.
